The decision was made to self-publish the book since dealing with publishing companies can take years and can be extremely difficult to navigate the incredible bureaucracy. Our first try at funding started with a website called Kickstarter, which is powered by a unique all-or-nothing funding method where projects must be fully funded or no money changes hands. During the course of the campaign, contributors will make a payment via credit card, processed securely through amazon.com payments.

Unfortunately, we did not reach our funding goal and so we are currently in the process of reassessing things and contemplating Plan B. If you have an interest in buying the book please contact us and let us know, we would love to hear from you.
